The building embraces a contemporary industrial feel combining existing concrete retaining walls, brown built steel, eco pan and aluminium cladding with internal features of plywood, glass and timber beams that slice through the exterior – giving the building its unique characteristic. The key requirements were to create an open plan work environment with management offices unifying the team to one-foot print while creating multiple use spaces.
