Breathing new life into this well-known venue at the Mt, we worked to refresh the restaurants interior and exterior.  The Fat Cow mixes rustic materials with finishes of warm chocolate and enhanced by the reclaimed Rimu timber, aged steel and accents of yellow throughout the furniture. 

Smoked flavours in the food is the essential element for the restaurants cuisine and the fit out further evokes the senses with its large placed graphics, painted stripes to the walls and replica aged lighting.
